Introduction

SZABIST is a Chartered Institute established through an Act of Sindh Assembly (Sindh Act No. XI of 1995) and is approved and recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) as a degree granting institution. SZABIST has Campuses in Karachi, Islamabad, Larkana & Dubai (UAE). SZABIST is a registered member of the International Association of Universities (IAU), Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU), Federation of the Universities of the Islamic World (FUIW), Asia University Federation (AUF) and the Association of SAARC Universities (ASU).

SZABIST - Job Skill Training Center (JSTC) Profile

SZABIST - Job Skill Training Program is designed to train and upgrade the quality of graduates and equip them with the skills, with an objective of fulfilling the requirements of corporate sector. Under the JSTC Program, the training centers are being launched to offer specific courses, designed to the market requirements, to enable young graduates to capture the job market of the 21st century.

SZABIST - JSTC Shall be established around the country. In this first phase, SZABIST has established three centers at Larkana, Hyderabad, and Nawabshah so far. Subsequently, other centers will be established throughout Pakistan.

 

Objectives of JSTC

  • To train fresh graduates for the professional needs of IT Industry and Corporate Sector.
  • To facilitate undergraduates/graduates in learning Computer and Marketing Skills required to work in industries.

  • To train graduates for new avenues in Farm Management Sector.

  • To help fresh graduates in establishing and managing small and medium-size enterprises.

  • To help the trainees in Communication / Presentation Skills.

  • To help professionally trained graduates to find jobs.
