The Center has published its study report on "Socio-Economic Impact of Cyclone 02-A on Coastal Sindh." The study focused on two coastal districts of Sindh, Thatta and Badin, which were hit hard by Cyclone 02-A, exposing the vulnerability of the human lives, livestock, agriculture and other means of livelihood. The stakeholders, academicians and intelligentsia very well received the publication. In addition to this, at least two more studies are in the process of publication and would be released shortly. The Center also plans to launch an annual "Development Monitor" report highlighting the development trends initially in the province of Sindh and later on covering entire Pakistan.
