Ms. Valika Rashida and BS/SS-III students (working in The Zindagi Trust School) conducted a session “Importance of Personal Hygiene” on 31st October 2008, in SZABIST 90 Campus.

The organizers included student mentors (Anita Makhani, Bemisal Iqbal, Kiran Lalani, Waqar Abbasi), teacher mentors (Ahmed Shah, Maheen Payam, Sabah Paracha, Zainab Dhanji) and community mentors (Bilal Zubedi, Misbah Abdul Malik, Reema Noureen Sukhiani, Talal Qavi).

The event was organized for the working children studying in Zindagi Trust School Sultanabad Campus. The main aim of this session was to educate these students about personal cleanliness and its importance. Presentation was accompanied with a practical demonstration so that children would have a better understanding of hygiene practices. The session lasted for over two hours and was covered by Geo News Channel.
